MFT Card Challenge Sketch #345 using Friends Forever

Welcome Back!

I am doing another week in the My Favorite Things Card Challenge #345

It was a fun sketch and couldn't not participate in it.

Sketch Challenge 345 #mftstamps

When I saw the sketch I knew I had to do a shaker card.

I used some pattern paper in my stash for that strip on the left. I then used some green card stock and a houndstooth embossing folder to create the background.

The shaker is filled with random sequins and chunky glitter.

I used my SSS stitched circle dies to create the bit to make a frame for the shaker winder.

I used Distress Oxide Ink to color in the bear from the MFT Forever stamp set and then fussy cut it out.

The sentiment is from the same stamp set and is white embossed onto some black card stock.

Thank you so much for coming by to check out my submission.

I hope to see you next week!

Happy Thursday!

I have my submission for this weeks Color Throwdown Challenge #455.

The colors this week are white, aqua, light pink and lavender.

I used Distress Oxide Inks in Broken China, Wilted Violet and Worn Lipstick to stamp the circles form the Altenew Halftones Circle stamp set.

The sentiment is from the MFT You Trio Din-namics set and the the All About You stamp set.. I used the wink of stella pen to add some glitter and then coated in Glossy Accents.

Thank you for coming by!
See you next time!

MFT Weekly Sketch Challenge using Otterly Love You Stamp and Die Set

Hello Again!

I have a new Challenge Today.
I love My Favorite Things Stamps and Dies and decided to try my hand at their card sketch challenge.

Here is the Sketch for this Weeks Challenge #344

Sketch Challenge 344 #mftstamps
I made the banner style shape by cutting on my trimmer and using the stich die in the MFT Die-namics Blueprints 13 set.

I ink blended Salty Ocean and Broken China Oxide Inks and then used a Distress Sprayer to add the water for a ocean like background. I then sprayed some Glimmer Mist on it to add some sparkle.

The images and sentiment come from the MFT Otterly Love You Stamp and Die set.

I colored them with Spectrum Noir Markers.  The sentiment was stamped onto some random pattern paper I had and then heat embossed with clear embossing powder.

After everything was assembled I used some glossy accents on the otter noses and to make some bubbles for the fish.

Thank you for coming by and I will see you next time!

Color Throwdown #454 using Tim Holtz Crazy Dogs and Crazy Talk

Happy Wednesday!

Todays Color Throwdown Challenge #454 hit close to home. The inspiration pic was of a Jack Russell.

My little pup Luna is a Jack Russell/Chihuahua mix so I had to make a card featuring her.

The colors this week are Green, Kraft and White.

Since I knew I was doing Luna , I did her on the obvious of grass to incorporate the green.
I blended Lucky Clover Distress Oxide and Mowed Lawn Distress Inks
and then die cut using the MFT Die-namics Grassy Fields.

I wanted clouds but didn't want to add in blue so I just die cut out of some white card stock  using the Avery Elle  Pierced Clouds Dies.

I used the Crazy Talk stamp set to add the sentiment into one of the clouds and heat embossed it with some clear embossing powder.

I colored Luna using Spectrum Noir Markers and then added some glossy accents onto the eyes and the tag on her collar. I then attached it to a white card base.

Thank you so much for joining me today and I will see you next week for another Challenge!

Birthday Card using SSS Favorite Puperoni Stamp Set

Hey guys!

I have a birthday card using the adorable
Simon Says Stamp Favorite Puperoni stamp set.

I used the Spectrum Noir alcohol markers for all the coloring.
I die cut the panel using the MFT Blueprints 13 Die-namics set.

I used same pattern paper in my stash for the background and the envelope.

Hard to see in the pics but put some Glossy Accents onto the party hat to add some dimension and shine.

Thank you so much for coming by and I hope you have a great day!
